About Us 

The Dog Pitch Play Park is an enclosed exercise area for you and your pooches to enjoy off the lead exercise. It is the perfect space for dogs who may be more sensitive or dog averse and unable to relax and let off steam in public places. Equally it is a fantastic setting for all and can be hired in 30 minute or 1 hour slots, one dog at a time or small groups.
We have agility equipment that you are welcome to use at no additional cost and a selection of balls and toys for your dogs to play with at their leisure.
There is an undercover area which houses seating, litter bin/doggy bag station and a water drum so that your dog can rehydrate after their playtime.
We have a parking area right outside the entrance gate which enables easy access into The Dog Pitch with your dogs.

Booking Terms & Conditions

**By booking the use of The Dog Pitch you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions*
 
Booking Policy
  • Bookings are made online at www.thedogpitch.co.uk
  • Payment must be made at the time of booking by credit/debit card. No booking is confirmed until payment is received.
  • The hired time slot must be strictly adhered to as the slot cannot be extended if you arrive late. If you overstay your booking time, you will be charged for the additional time slot in line with our current prices.
  •  Dogs must remain in your vehicle until the start of your booked slot and returned to your vehicle before the end of your slot.
  •  You must ensure that you remain in your vehicle and do not unload your dog/s until the previous user has loaded their dog/s back into their vehicle.
  • All bookings are non-transferable and the person making the booking must be present whilst using The Dog Pitch. Anyone else in attendance must be made aware of these terms & conditions. Children must be supervised by the user at all times.
  • Cancellations with a minimum of 24 hours notice will be refunded. ALL refunds are subject to the deduction of a processing fee relative to the cost of the booking (Minimum £0.33, Maximum £0.53)
  • The owner reserves the right to refuse a booking.
  • All dog/s using The Dog Pitch must be up to date with annual vaccinations. Please ensure you bring your vaccination record with you as these will be checked at random.
  • The booker of The Dog Pitch must not sub-hire.
  • The Dog Pitch has a designated parking bay which must only be used for the duration of your session

Liability
  •   Users of this facility do so entirely at their own risk. No responsibility will be taken by The Dog Pitch for injury, damage, theft or loss of property of individuals or dogs whilst using the facilities.
  •   All vehicles parked on The Dog Pitch property are parked at the owner’s risk.
  •   Users must inspect the field and equipment on arrival to ensure it is safe, secure and suitable for use.
  •   Any damages made to the property must be paid for by the user.

 Code Of Conduct
  •   Unless within the secure area, dogs must remain on a lead at all times.
  •   Harsh handling of dogs on The Dog Pitch will not be tolerated and the user will be prevented from re-booking. 
  • All dog poo and litter must be picked up by the user and placed in the litter bin provided. Doggy bags are also provided and can be found near the bin and around the fields boundary fencing.
  •  The Dog Pitch must be left tidy at the end of each session ready for the next person to use.
